For years, we have had the privilege of working across different sides of the entertainment industry—learning from and contributing to some of the most established companies and institutions in the business. At the same time, we have built our own careers as talents, creating opportunities, developing our voices, and accomplishing milestones independently.

Those experiences have given us something we believe is invaluable: a perspective that comes from understanding both sides of the table.

As two emerging executives in the entertainment business, we created X.III Entertainment (Ten Point Three) to put that knowledge, experience, relationships, and creative perspective to work—not only for ourselves, but for others.

Tenpointhree is an innovative global entertainment company at the forefront of productions, creative consulting, and event curation, with a broader commitment to developing talent and helping creatives and organizations build, elevate, and grow their brands. We aim to create compelling audiovisual content, develop meaningful creative visions, curate experiences, and help talented individuals turn their potential into sustainable opportunities.

But our vision goes beyond the work itself.

We are not here to compete with the established companies that have built this industry. We are here to collaborate with them. We believe that when emerging companies and established institutions combine their resources, expertise, and perspectives, we can take on bigger projects, create greater opportunities, and ultimately make the entertainment industry better, more inclusive, and more equitable for everyone.

We especially believe in empowering minorities and creating pathways for talented people who have historically been overlooked or underrepresented. Talent exists everywhere. Access does not. We want to help close that gap.

Our goal is to build a company that connects people, ideas, brands, and opportunities—while contributing to a culture where excellence and opportunity can exist together.
